Job Evaluation & Grading System

Merumuskan sebuah job position secara tepat adalah salah satu unsur penting dalam pengembangan system HR dalam Perusahaan. Sebuah Job Position harus ditentukan atau dirumuskan keterkaitannya dengan lingkup kerja, bobot kerja, dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan, yang kesemuanya itu sebagai langkah untuk menerapkan azas keadilan dalam pemberian penghargaan berupa gaji maupun benefit lainnya. Terkait dengan hal tersebut di atas, dalam HRD Forum event ke 81 ini HRD Forum mengangkat sebuah topik penting yaitu Job Evaluation & Grading System.

Apakah yang dimaksudkan dengan Job Evaluation ?
Job evaluation adalah proses menganalisis dan menilai suatu jabatan secara sistematis guna mengetahui nilai relatif bobot berbagai jabatan dibandingkan dengan jabatan lainnya dalam sebuah perusahaan. Hasil akhir dari proses job evaluation adalah job weight (bobot jabatan/pekerjaan).

Faktor utama dalam melakukan job evaluation adalah menentukan " compansable factor", dimana berdasarkan penentuan compansable factor tersebut dapat dilakukan penilaian secara relatif satu jabatan/pekerjaan dengan jabatan/pekerjaan yang lain). Dengan mengetahui bobot jabatan/pekerjaan maka jajaran manajemen mempunyai standar baku dalam menetapkan imbal jasa atas suatu jabatan/pekerjaan.

Bagian akhir dari proses job evaluation adalah membuat Job Grading yang dapat dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan struktur gaji. Dalam HRD Forum Event kali ini, hanya akan membahas mulai dari proses Job Evaluation sampai dengan pembuatan Grading system.

1. Translator (TR)
-       Candidat must possesses at least a Bachelor degree from Linguistics/
Languages focus on English
-       Excellent in English both oral or written, translation skills and
